Meet our team

At Think Well, we’re passionate about helping people create real, lasting change. Our team brings together experience, compassion, and expertise in hypnotherapy, counselling, and personal development. We believe that everyone’s journey is unique, so we tailor our approach to meet each client’s needs — whether you’re working through personal challenges, building healthier habits, or striving for professional growth.

With a focus on trust, empathy, and evidence-based techniques, we’re here to support you every step of the way

At Think Well, I help individuals and organisations create lasting, positive change through person-centred hypnotherapy, coaching, and development support. As a training hypnotherapist accredited by the National Hypnotherapy Society, I use evidence-based techniques to help clients overcome fears, break habits, manage anxiety, and build confidence. I’m also training as a psychotherapist, adding to my understanding of mental health and behaviour change. With over 20 years’ experience across coaching, social care, retail, fashion, banking and learning & development, I hold a BA in Communications, a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development, and I’m an Associate Member of the CIPD. I also specialise in supporting EOTAS, SEN, and NEET clients, helping young people outside mainstream education build confidence and discover their strengths. Whatever your goals — personal, educational, or professional — I’m here to help you unlock your potential and navigate change with confidence.

“Sometimes, you don’t need therapy, you just need a space to think clearly, reflect, and gain a fresh perspective. A simple check-in with someone impartial can be a powerful way to process thoughts, explore ideas, and unlock solutions you might not have considered on your own. That’s where thinkWell comes in.”
